Overall Satisfaction with Miro

At our company, we use Miro mostly for team collaboration, especially when we got people working remote or in different time zones. It helps us bring everyone into the same “visual room,” virtually. We do a lot of project planning and Miro is more than great for collaboration. Has good productivity features too, for ex whiteboards, sticky notes, templates, etc, which enhance the experience and saves a lot of precious time.

Pros

  • Especially useful project planning with functions like whiteboard and great collaboration features.
  • Miros presentation mode is great for walking people through and explaining a concept.
  • If someone can’t join a meeting, we record a Talktrack. Its like a mini-presentation that people can watch later. Can be extremely useful at times.

Cons

  • The mobile app is decent for viewing, but editing complex boards on a phone or tablet can be difficult for some.
  • The other main concern would be offline access, we understand about collaboration but other functions should be available.
  • With Miro, we are able to perform clearer planning and visual workflows, resulting in better project delivery and management.
  • Miro kept remote and in-office teams equally engaged and informed, ensuring smooth connectivity.
8 because overall it's an great option, for teams looking a reliable and powerful solution for real-time collaboration. The 2 points taken are for limited offline functionality.
The features like presentation mode, talktrack, whiteboard has been a key factor in increasing my productivity.
Yes, it has surely reduced our reliance on other tools.
I believe Miro is better than FigJam for most teams, the main reason for that is that it supports more complex workflows, other would be Miro is more versatile for planning, which is really crucial for my profile.
