Overall Satisfaction with Miro
As Operational Excellence manager, I use Miro for my online workshops. Normally, I prepare my workshops a head with the process or value mapping and then with stickers and other tools, we identify problems, brainstorm and work on improvement projects. Nothing substitues a face to face workshop but when there is a restriction to travel, Miro is my favorite tool to collaborate visually. We use it also for "Customer Journey Improvement". Each step of customer journey is documented and then updated by our NPS score which helps us to decide the actions to be taken for our customer experiences.
