Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Having used Miro for more than 5 years now, I am thoroughly satisfied with the features related to ideation and brainstorming. The virtual canvas have been used to design right from the scratch while preparing the product journey and roadmap based on the criteria given in a product manufacturing process.

Usability

Based on the product journey from digital canvas and final print and manufacturing the usability has been critical for finalization. It has been simplified so far.

The different teams after the meeting go back to the notes and comments made during the Miro session and reflect on what went good and wrong to further enhance the production process.

All the ideas from the digital canvas and workspace of Miro are organized into several clusters depending on the roles and responsibilities of the different teams. The drawings made on the aforesaid canvas are printed and worked upon by the manufacturing team and any corrections needed are reverted to Miro.
