Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is used for brainstorming details on a project especially when we are trying to understand how a business process functions and want to note down every critical detail about the steps in the project .It allows multiple users to collaborate at the same time on the board and all users can connect to the same board on the weblink that can be access controlled.Miro has a lot of templates to choose from and can be also exported as a pdf. There are many inbuilt widget and can be easily added to the board and connected to an another shape ,image etc.
Pros
- A lot of templates to choose from and can be easily selected to the unlimited canvas and edited easily
- The cloud application is very fast and has no lag and allows multiple users to connect at the same time
- The canvas screen is unlimited and can be easily scrolled across with mouse gestures
Cons
- The no of templated on offer are just too many and sometimes it becomes confusing to select the correct template.
- Miro improved productivity as notes can be easily taken and no additional effort to save it as all the boards are stored in the cloud and can be readily accessed and shared with link
- Team productivity is higher as teams can join calls online and map ideas on the board all at the same time as it allows multiuser collaboration and acts as a a digital whiteboard
The feature that allows multiple users to edit the board and contribute at the same time and also that all changes are synced in real time is very good feature as it ensures the latest version of the board is always up to date
