Overall Satisfaction with Miro

The standout feature of Miro which I personally like is combination of multiple functions of chatting, document editing, task boards, calendars, timeline view, integrated channels and file sharing. I admire how simple it is for multiple joinees to perform tasks simultaneously.

Pros

Cons

  • The initial setup phase was hectic
  • Organizing the boards was difficult in the beginning
  • Year on year returns have been promising with great growth.
Once we were past the initial setup stage, everyday actions were incredibly straightforward and easy. Creating tasks and assigning them on boards is now simple enough for me.
Miro's block based approach and its flexibility is what I believe has made it perfect for brainstorming and collaboration alike.
Over a period of 2 years, my team have went from juggling between 6-7 different apps to focusing entirely on task boards provided by Miro.

Miro has boosted my efficiency to a larger extent. It is easier now to move from the phase of ideas to execution. I can focus on specific updates on a project without constant pings on individual dataset. Communication is instant fostering brainstorming within my team.
