Overall Satisfaction with Miro

In our organization, we are helping our researcher to export the tagged notes, video clips, markers and transcript text created in our platform analysis space from moderated or unmoderated research to a Miro board with just one click.

All the insights created from the participant session are exported to Miro for further collaboration and improvements.

Pros

  • Organizing the insights
  • Better visibility
  • Collaboration

Cons

  • They only allow max 8 unique tags in one board
  • Limited cards color - should give option of custom colors
  • More detailed dev document
  • New Marketing Stuff
  • Make our client research organized
  • Make our product superior
I like the usability of this product, most of the things are very handy to use (complete user friendly) and very easy for any beginner to use it and also they offer upto creation of 3 boards in their free plan.
It helps us to organize our insights.
Yes Miro help our platform to look superior after integration of our anlaysis space with Miro board.
We find Miro very user friendly and from dev point of view documentation is much easier than others.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I mentioned earlier if you are a researcher then Miro is the best to organize your insights, even for your scrum retrospectives it is very good tool. And few people use it for sprint planning as well.

If you want to use more than 8 tags inside a board then it will disappoint you but i hope you can survive with 8 tags limitation
