Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use it to plan and think out strategies within the company, it helps us put together all the little pieces ever one works on together unto a final product the scope of our use is for planning and follow up on issues and problems and it is great at doing that

Pros

  • Plan
  • Manage tasks
  • provide direction

Cons

  • UI isnt great
  • dont love the scale of the boards and how to undestand that
  • attaching documents in isnt straight forward
  • No tangable increase in productivity
  • It gave us a place other then word to work on projects
  • has not reduced any other usage
It is very usable, i dont like operationg it from my laptop it can be a little clunky some times, but love that you can have a stake of sticky notes and pull them out where you want them that makes workingn on things a little easier. and the linging them together is nice to
Sticky notes they are the best they help me break every thing down and put things in a way that make it easier for me to work, meaning i can delete them easier if i dont need them or i can put them on different things so people have my input without having it directly on their document
No not realy other than word it has had me plan meetings out of Miro and meeting with people on teams, it is very much a n auxilary product that we use and our company i dont think is the best use case for it. but i do like to use it

Well suited scenarios include working with an internal team where i need to story board out and think out solutions and people understand how i work, where as i don't think it would work as well with external clients justbecaiuse of the way that i operate. It would be interesting if ai was built into it to when you were done would make it look more presentable
