Overall Satisfaction with Miro

As an Marketing Research Analyst, I needed a software to accurately organize my thoughts and data and Miro was perfect for that. I'd used it previously for an internship and it's now helped me in my full time job. I personally love the sticky notes and arrow features, as I feel like I'm using real sticky notes to organize my research. I knew using a Google Doc wouldn't be enough and have found Miro to be more beneficial in my success.

Pros

  • Sticky Notes and how you can move them easily
  • Spaces, to easily organize my projects
  • Tables, easy to edit
  • Organize my data
  • Organize my thoughts
  • Access what information I have and what information I need
I first used it when I was 15-16 years old. It was for a remote fellowship and I felt like I had a good understanding of how to use it. Using it now at 23, I had forgotten some elements but was able to easily pick it up as the software is very user friendly.
The sticky notes are my favorite part because it's a sense of tangible notes. The ability to move them easily and draw arrows to connect is why I'll continue to use Miro. I haven't delved into the other tools/features but want to continue to explore the software more in the future.
I found that JUST using Google Docs, I haven't been able to accurately keep my information and data organized. Writing things down doesn't work for me and this is the best replacement to help me feel like I'm using a software as easily moveable as my iPad. I've appreciated how easy Miro is to use.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

It accurately organizes my thoughts and data. It'd be less appropriate with data or information more simple. It's more beneficial as a software to organize big ideas and make big ideas easier to understand. If I wanted to take notes or make a table, I wouldn't go to Miro for that as it's too simple a task for how advance the system is.
