Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro as a visual workspace to brainstorm, structure content strategies, map journeys, and plan agendas and campaigns. It helps me organize ideas, collaborate with teams in real time, and turn scattered insights into clear, actionable content frameworks and execution plans. Although I am still new, I love exploring it.

Pros

  • Planning
  • Board for idea dumping.
  • Organizing everything.
  • Stickers

Cons

  • The AI needs to be improved with some detailed insight asking.
  • UI can be better.
  • Team planning.
  • Time Saving.
  • Software upgrade.
Like, this is a platform which is something new, something of this generation where I with my teammates can literally create anything, like I work in a creative workspace and I need a place where I can paste thing which later on can be refined by me and my time so this is something which is nice, while there are also scope of improvement such as interface and AI of course.
The sticky notes have helped me a lot; I was using the desktop sticky pads, but that sucks. Here, we can create good-looking sticky notes.
The answer is yes, Miro decreases the load. I have used multiple platforms for other purposes of my project, but as for now, I am using Miro, and I like it.
  • Atlassian Confluence
  • Balsamiq

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Miro is a platform where I can literally plan and board my ideas, and the best part is that I can invite my colleagues and friends to suggest or write their ideas in a unified space.
