Overall Satisfaction with Mixpanel
We use Mixpanel at Chartbeat across many different departments: Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Business Operations. It allows us to see which products/features are most heavily used. This gives us insight into what we're doing well and what needs improvement. Feedback from users directly from their actions are very helpful for us!
- Mixpanel has helped our product teams understand what they should improve / tweak in our product. Numbers don't lie so when usage is below expectations, it drives them to action!
Mixpanel is great once it's fully set up -- it'll give you insight on how your product / features are performing. Understanding what is most used and what is not as popular is important. It'll give you / your team more of a product direction. It'll definitely take a lot of work (e.g. tagging) before you can get the most out of Mixpanel though.
