- Time saving.

monday.com is being used in three departments within the organization to address workflow and organizational needs, project management, and transparency and accountability with regards to projects.
Pros
- Templates and automation options. The flexibility of the systems allows us to cover multiple needs.
- Dashboard feature. Makes reporting easy.
- Ability to install automations and integrations. Saves man hours and lets our employees work from one platform.
Cons
- More customization options for automations and/or additional recipes that allow for more specific automations, such as allowing items to move to different groups under the same automation.
- More templates for things like travel arrangements.
Generally, the features work well but I have noticed that if the system is online for two long, it starts acting wonky after a couple of hours. For example, changes to a board aren't saved or a feature simply doesn't respond. I have found that if I close the system out and reopen it, it resets and works well.
