Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

In the company I use monday.com to be able to have a better organization of daily activities. It helps a lot in communication with the other teams, as we are able to record everything that is done in a media campaign. As we work with different clients, through monday.com we were able to have all the necessary information to process requests.
It has been a fundamental tool for greater control of each demand. All teams have specific boards to fill in the tasks that need to be done throughout the year.

Because monday.com is a very dynamic tool, with an easy-to-use interface, with a compendium of very complete tools and options. Especially within my company, monday.com is a priority for the development of activities. We have everything organized by well sorted columns and rows. Personally, I had not used this tool before, I thought it would be difficult to adapt, but in the first week I felt as if I had used it for year.
Honestly, I haven't called monday's support, because, the few times that some help was needed, the area coordinator is in charge of looking for solutions.
But, if I have a reference from her, praising the support received, because in a few minutes or at most hours, everything is normal. It's amazing how fast and effective they are.

Monday.com is very suitable for many business niches, in my experience, based on working with digital marketing, it ends up being the main tool for us. Without monday.com, everything would be very messy. I believe that in companies with less technology work, monday.com would not be very useful. Even with all the advances, there are businesses that have lagged far behind the technological evolution, therefore, monday.com could not be used as it should be.
