The ultimate project management tool for team visibility & productivity!

Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Monday.com is used by our developers for internal product management as well as subscriber-facing project managemet.
My role works alongside our customer-journey departments. Like most Saas companies, we are fast-moving, and for us to be most effective, it was important that our department leads had visibility on the projects that were happening. Before Monday.com we struggled with visibility & communication, which caused frustration and poor collaboration from key stakeholders. Not good!

Monday.com has allowed us to better organize, manage and communicate from one platform. We're seeing a better return on our efforts & higher team satisfaction.

  • Docs. (I know this is new, but I would love if Docs. built from the "file" column could be accessible to other items. Right now it only allows you to select a doc. that's made within a workspace.)
  • Integration with Stripe (This might be an adoption issue on my end, but sometimes we run into duplicated conversations or missed details that are happening in Slack vs. Monday.com)
  • Increased Product Visibility
  • Missed return on CRM functionality (using a different system for CRM)
Monday.com solved our issue of project visibility. The platform is also extremely user-friendly. I have rarely felt limited by the app's function when designing our project boards. The templates were really helpful for inspiring recommended board layouts, and after testing out a couple of formats, we were able to customize the boards to work with our teams' unique needs & preferences.

Additionally, for being a potentially complex tool, Monday.com has somehow made it incredibly easy to learn and use. You can see the value immediately. They have mastered a true product-led software, and our experience thus far has been exceptional.
I gave a 10, however, I have never needed to reach out to their support. I prefer self-led training, so if I ever ran into an issue, I was able to find a solution immediately in their knowledge base. It's insane how they have created a product-led software that really doesn't require direct support or implementation help. It's just easy. That being said, I can appreciate that there is direct support on hand if needed.

Because I work in project management, Monday.com is used to help coordinate campaigns or projects across our customer journey departments. In order to give better team visibility into what is going on, we created a team project board that hosts all of our upcoming projects within the customer journey. For example, we recently just released new functionality. In our team project board we created a "group" for the deployment, and then under that group, we were able to organize & manage every item that would accompany the release so the entire team could see what marketing vs. sales vs. customer support was working on to create a great customer experience. This also allows us to ensure we're on the same page and that efforts aren't being duplicated.
