Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Business problems:
monday.com helps us organize our launch efforts in an efficient way so we all know how we're tracking with our own priorities and can see the priorities for others as well.

Use Case:
We use monday.com to launch products, manage our customer outreach, create marketing plans, create in-house strategy boards, ideate for prototypes, and more. SO MANY great ways to use monday.com, but our use case is to ideate, create, and deliver SaaS products to consumers.

Pros and Cons

Tracks assignments for multiple people per project
Sends updates and reminders via email/Slack/ depending on your preferences (you never lose an assignment!)
Offers multiple views for boards so you can manage up to C-suite etc. with ease

I haven't seen a way to drop entire boards into a new board (if you're trying to reference an entire launch project and would like the entire board embedded into a new board, for example)
I haven't seen the ability to integrate with programs like Canva - that would be wonderful
Wondering if it will ever integrate with social media - reducing the need to publish elsewhere and instead publish right to IG and FB from the boards

Return on Investment

Increased efficiency - fewer meetings because we track everything on monday.com - therefore, more work gets done
Increased output - quality is better of our finished product
Faster time to launch and time to scale - more done faster, better

Usability

I do not consider myself a tech expert, but monday.com is very easy to use. It has a lot of integrations, and they're easy to add and insert into the board you're working in. The boards are also relatively easy to automate - especially for someone with tech experience. But even for people like me, it's not too challenging!

I haven't had to reach out to monday.com for help, but my colleague has, and the question was answered almost immediately!

Likelihood to Recommend

Working with people across time zones and countries would be much harder without monday.com. It is so easy to populate, track, take notes, upload files and keep projects organized. I haven't found a better way to project manage than by using monday.com.
