Overall Satisfaction with monday CRM

We currently use monday as a tool for CRM customer management and import processes, where we have visibility of the entire process at various stages, allowing integration, as well as automation for the entire team.As the process develops, each element can move back and forth between departments, making the process efficient, as well as effective, and also providing a real-time database for calculating indicators.

Overall, I give it full marks, as the technology resulting from this tool is powerful, allowing optimization of the process through the flexibility we have available for creating certain steps. Where each stage can be micromanaged by a specific team, valuing the company's operational strategic map. I would most likely recommend this tool to someone I know due to its ease of use.
