Overall Satisfaction with monday CRM
We've used it to keep track of new clients, potential clients, past clients that need nurturing and clients that have been referred, but might need more info. The status bar allows us to keep track of who has been contacted, and what has happened as a result.
Pros
- Tracking status
- Syncing with email
- Tracking quotes (amount, what's included, etc.)
Cons
- Refining what notifications go to email
- Ability to create multiple pages within a board vs. groups
- Messaging within the CRM vs. comments
- Positive - good lead gen. helps us track what clients are worth pursuing.
- Positive - helps us track ROI. what did we have to spend on things like activations, employees etc. vs what the client paid.
- Positive - helps us nurture clients that might need to be delivered more vs. what they have paid
