Overall Satisfaction with monday CRM

We've used it to keep track of new clients, potential clients, past clients that need nurturing and clients that have been referred, but might need more info. The status bar allows us to keep track of who has been contacted, and what has happened as a result.

Pros

  • Tracking status
  • Syncing with email
  • Tracking quotes (amount, what's included, etc.)

Cons

  • Refining what notifications go to email
  • Ability to create multiple pages within a board vs. groups
  • Messaging within the CRM vs. comments
  • Positive - good lead gen. helps us track what clients are worth pursuing.
  • Positive - helps us track ROI. what did we have to spend on things like activations, employees etc. vs what the client paid.
  • Positive - helps us nurture clients that might need to be delivered more vs. what they have paid
monday CRM is super easy to use. I don't have past sales experience, and began using the service when our team was trying to "upsell" existing clients. Aka, give them more services and more value for more money. This helped me track who has been contacted, what I was trying to sell them, and whether it was worth pushing for. It also makes my initiatives visible to our whole team.
I only used this for projects, and am unsure of if it's related to monday CRM. But I will say it's the closest I've used. I had a lot of issues with ClickUp crashing and completely not working, and I have rarely had issues with monday, unless the site was down.

Good for internal sales tracking, but not good for client comms, etc. With projects boards, you can involve clients in the process. But the sales CRM is definitely more internal.
