Overall Satisfaction with monday CRM

We use monday to organize our projects, files and tasks. Because of monday we're able easily access any information about any given project and communicate directly about it within the platform. Without monday I think it would difficult to keep track of our projects! monday is also super easy to use so any one that is new can quickly get the hang of it.

Pros

Cons

  • This isn't the biggest deal but I think it'd be cool to be able to customize the themes of our Monday boards, similarly to how slack does it!

Very easy to use! My favorite platform for keeping myself and my work organized!
My last job used ClickUp as their main CRM tool and it was very confusing and I felt it made me even more unorganized. I've tried Asana personally but I didn't really like the UI as much as I like monday's!

monday is very well suited for our lifecycle team because we're able to organize our campaigns and attach the appropriate links and assets to each one. This helps us keep everything in one place and make it's easier to share information between other teams! Without it I think there would be a lot of back and forth (ie "where can i find ____ for _____ campaign)
