Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use monday daily to track projects/tasks. We have a team of designers and copywriters and we all leverage monday to make sure our campaigns are meeting deadlines. We typically have 10+ projects open at a single time, so having a place where everything is organized is crucial.

We just use monday to track projects/campaigns deadlines. Without it, we would have no organization at all.

Usability

monday can be a bit too robust in how many features it has, which can be daunting to someone who is unfamiliar with using it. This is not a knock on monday, but simplifying some features would make it more approachable.

I would say monday sits right in the middle of the options listed above, in terms of usability and features offered. Trello being the more simplified project management board and Jira and Asana being more tech-focused.
