Overall Satisfaction with monday sales CRM
We have two sets of customers - Businesses and Primary schools - which are connected. Monday.com allows us to link each school with its partner and personalize the data set suitable for each group. We have also activated the forms function in Monday.com to accept inquiries from our website which populates the fields in Monday.com perfectly. It is really easy-to-use solution and we have a number of users online making valuable additions on a daily basis. Access via the mobile app is also great.
Pros
- Linking two groups of databases
- Drawing data from our website enquiry forms directly into our database
- Action planning
Cons
- Each of the actions 'costs' - we'd like a freer system for our membership level.
- Difficult to add a contact with the same name (but different person!)
- We can quickly see where we are against targets on the basis of the fields we've drawn into the database.
- Great for tracking progress with schools and activities undertaken
- Easy to also integrate dates for invoicing and chasing
Monday.com is much better. Easier and clearer tracking and easier to use. Better mobile application and multi-user collaboration.
