Overall Satisfaction with monday sales CRM
We use Monday for everything! Keeping track of projects, clients, asset management, advertisement schedules... It is very easy to use and all of our employees use it to track every step of a job from start to finish. All of our leads from our website are implemented on Monday so we can get clients started on the right foot.
- Separate client workspaces
- Color coding workspaces
- The inbox is my FAVORITE feature- shows recent updates and things you are tagged in or that your group is tagged in
- an employee calendar would be nice for keeping track of schedules, appointments, vacation time, etc... the current one is a bit clunky
- smarter notifications- I get notifications on both my phone and my work computer even though I am actively looking at my computer
- everything else is pretty great honestly
- It keeps us organized- I am not in a qualified position to be commenting on ROIs and our investment in Monday as a CRM

Yes - The mobile interface for Monday Sales CRM is pretty decent but it could use some updating. It can be a bit clunky at times and moving between workspaces can be tricky if you have several of them but if you know what you are looking for you can work through it. It does take a larger learning curve for the mobile version vs the desktop
