I use it personally for design QA on new experiences. And for A/B/Multivariant testing, and analysing metrics / user behaviour.

I am only one user in the business out of many. However, I found the training material and support lacking in the app / website itself. I have not reached out for support.

Alternatives Considered

Optimizely Feature Experimentation and Google Optimize

Not as advanced, and possibly not as bespoke in configuration. However as a designer these had a much more user friendly interface and easier to learn/master.

It's a powerful tool for managing and monitering customer facing experiences that can handle and assess data and metrics. However, the interface is not user friendly, there are many stakeholders within the business who use Monetate, many of whom are not advanced tech users, with limited knowledge in processes and terminology. Monetate would benefit in catering for these users also.
