Overall Satisfaction with MonkeyLearn

It is easy to use and we can easily use machine learning algorithms. They have excellent customer service. It is very flexible and easy to use with detailed documentation of their APIs. It certainly slows down your work by easily extracting data from emails, chat, web, etc. We scan a ton of information into our systems and MonleyLearn makes it easier to analyze all the text

When we used Amazon Comprehend in our organization we were not satisfied with its results and we felt that MonkeyLearn meets the needs of our business better than Amazon Comprehend. When comparing the quality of ongoing product support, we found that MonkeyLearn is the preferred option. For feature updates and roadmaps, our orgy preferred the direction of MonkeyLearn over Amazon Comprehend.

It has excellent text analysis models that help to obtain accuracy. The most useful part is the integration method it has. This is very helpful for business operations. It has a very good API and is also well written. The best part is that it's easy to use and very flexible.
