Overall Satisfaction with Moz Pro

Moz Pro is great for SEO insights. It offers current rankings vs previous and growth over time, domain authority, linking keywords, and more. Moz Pro is great for a small to medium sized business, we use it to address many of our SEO issues, like drops in rank, as well as for reporting.

The platform is not too complicated, most things are laid out well, but there are some elements that may be a challenge to find, or require an additional click through that some users looking for more cursory insights may have trouble finding. Technical errors for example can be found, but it can be challenging to find and run these crawls for some.
Moz Pro fit our needs and offered competitive features to Semrush. Semrush may be more fit for larger businesses or those looking for multi domain support. Moz offers multiple domain support, but may not be as intuitive as Semrush. Ultimately Moz affords us all of the tools we want on a platform we enjoy using.

Moz is ideal for small to medium sized businesses looking to improve their SEO rank, the keywords they rank for, and some of the related concerns. Where it may not fit is for larger businesses with many products, or those looking to diagnose more technical errors vs generic keyword optimization.

Using Moz Pro

6 - Most users represent our ecommerce team, utilizing Moz Pro for insights they won't find with other tools such as Google Search Console. We have some users within our digital marketing team as well who use it the tool find new keywords to add to our product pages and article content pages.
3 - Most of our 'support' staff resides on our ecommerce team - we utilize them for reporting, monitoring, and other tasks to ensure we're staying up to date on position changes, keyword ranks, technical issues, and other relevant topics. Our team sends out at least a monthly report to relevant parties about key changes.

We're overall happy with the feature set provided by Moz, we have used other tools such as Semrush as well, and wonder what full features we may be missing out on. For our uses, we feel Moz Pro has served us well, but should we feel the need, we may migrate in the future, depending on factors like features, value, and budget.
