Overall Satisfaction with NAKIVO Backup & Replication

We are using NAKIVO as MSP for mostly smb-customers.
We use the director-service in multi-tenancy-mode and have at least one transporter on every customer site.

We are backing up VMWare Servers and MS365 tenants.

Pros

  • The multi-tenant console is very valuable, because it makes our workflow easier.
  • We can also configure every backup from one central website, which is very nice.
  • Deployment of transporters is also very quick, so the full backup solution is set up very fast.
  • NAKIVO support is also very nice, 24/7 available and it is wonderful to work together on an issue.

Cons

  • Proxmox support would be nice for smb and smaller customers.
  • NAKIVO has improved our workflow with the use on one multi-tenant-console for all the backups.
  • It's possible to see every issue very quickly and centralized in one console.
The positives of NAKIVO outweigh the negatives in comparison to the other solutions.
As an MSP we need the multi-tenant console, which NAKIVO does perfect for us.

NAKIVO is very well suited for every customer from small multi-workplace smb's to bigger companys.
You can use NAKIVO as MSP and use it's multi-tenant features, or use it as in-house-IT for the whole company and every site.
