Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite

  • One system to manage the entire business, we were the classic business that evolved with disparate systems. NetSuite has eliminated duplication of data within the business.
  • Ability to automate work processes, making tasks less manual. This has allowed our Field Service staff to close and invoice jobs in the field, again eliminating internal administration.
  • Real time dynamic reporting on a drill down dashboard allowing management to manage! This has made an enormous impact on being able to review and rectify the business daily, instead of waiting for monthly reports which often were weeks coming after the end of the month.
  • The marketing module is not as user friendly or analytical ability is not as good as alternative products, but is an integrated solution.
  • Site builder the pre-cursor to SuiteCommerce is lacking in its functionality and is awkward to use. This has been overcome by SuiteCommerce.
  • The reporting engine whilst sufficient does not have the capability and flexibility of dedicated reporting packages like Crystal.
  • One system, eliminating duplication of data within the organisation, reducing headcount
  • Workflow enabled invoicing in the field thereby eliminated an accounts person
  • Improved accountability and transparency of field staff improving cashflow and recovery hours
NetSuite has reduced our cost of business and enabled the business to grow without the need to grow our administration. NetSuite has unchained our business to focus on ensuring we are servicing our customers.
We are true cloud disciples. We are able to access information anytime, anywhere. We are no longer worried about maintaining servers, upgrading software, installing PC connections.
Our primary decision to migrate to NetSuite was to have one view of our customers, to have multiple views of the same data be it for finance, sales, service or customer information. We have been able to dramatically improve our service levels and been able to report on them to our customers and suppliers.
NetSuite as a product continues to grow in its features and has an amazing network of integrated support applications for businesses to access and benefit from. We continue to get improvement from the product which assists our business.
NetSuite is the way of the future: a true cloud based ERP system to manage your entire business. The key experience has been to evolve with your experience. The core functionality works end to end. As you build your knowledge and expertise you are able to improve how NetSuite can automate your business processes. Don't expect the revolution to be overnight. Invest in a strong IT person who can become your internal NetSuite expert taking on the suite scripting and report writing for your business gain from automation of processes.
