Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite
NetSuite is used by the entire organization. Finance, sales, customer service and marketing all use it. It is a complete ERP system that helps us maintain multi-department data in one software.
Pros
- Reporting.
- Multi-function data access in one location.
- Accounting.
Cons
- New releases seem to always have some minor issues. Testing could be more thorough.
- Report writing, while powerful, it could be easier for non-programmers to customize reports.
- .Making accounting reporting query-able.
- Improved customer service
- Improved visibility for sales to customer and lead data and information
- Improved inventory management
QuickBooks was a good system too but was not powerful enough for our needs. Also considered SAP but that was too cumbersome and required much less "user friendly."
