It is being used throughout the entire company. We use it for purchasing, inventory, sales, accounting, and financial reporting.

Pros

It does a very good job of tracking sales
It is a good tool to collect data so you can analyze it
It has very good transparency

Cons

The lower or cost inventory write-downs should be just one screen to adjust prices and submit the changes
The system should allow users to correct more errors themselves if they have access to do so
The reporting could be a little easier to get comparative reports

Much better credit management
Much better reporting
Better able to see transaction history

SAP Business One

NetSuite is much more user friendly and does not require as much programming expertise on staff to keep it running.

Likelihood to Recommend

NetSuite is more suited for a company that is not inventory heavy.
