Use Cases and Deployment Scope

NetSuite is used across the company for financial reporting, sales orders, and invoicing.

Pros and Cons

Searching is easy.
Drilling down is good. Makes research fast.
Downloading reports and data into Excel.

I hate that it does not use always use the terms Debits and Credits. It uses increase and decrease.
Customizing reports is not user friendly.

Return on Investment

I've only used it a couple months and cannot judge.

Alternatives Considered

Great Plains

I did not select NetSuite. It was already in place when I started.

Likelihood to Recommend

I don't have enough experience with NetSuite to judge the scenarios it is best suited for.
