We used NetSuite across the organization. We used the Case Management and Project Management modules were used most.
- Configuration was fast and easy.
- User Profiles were especially robust.
- Customizing reports, searches and alerts made the workflow processes smooth.
- NetSuite pushes out fixes every Thursday. We would walk in on Friday morning with surprise breaks!
- The NetSuite in-house support team is weak. Our customers loved using our company because we were creative and reported solutions quickly.
- NS has provided a very positive ROI.

Yes - CRM, then Sales Cycle and lastly Accounting.
Change management was a small part of the implementation and was well-handled - Let the Users do the testing. Management did not allow time for UAT, but it would have been helpful.
- I was responsible for the first implementation as the NS Administrator (not in my position as a NS Implementer with a NS Partner) and I had no training. I was able to implement the system by reading the Help Notes. It was difficult and took a while, but it happened!!
