Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite
Our entire organization uses NetSuite. It is our system of record for accounting purposes, our order management system, our hub for fulfillment, our CRM-SFA system for our direct sales staff, and the place where we create, edit, and control the products we sell. It addresses many business problems; without it, we would have a hard time running our business.

- Relatively simple customization ecosystem allows a high amount of flexibility with the product - it can be changed to do almost anything you want
- Role- and permissions-based user management makes it easy to fine-tune roles for users in your organization.
- Documentation is there, but lacking especially in development areas.
- While releases are done twice annually, there are many small bugs in the system that don't get fixed for years.
- Their mobile apps for iPhone/Android are very poor and limiting.
- We have been able to automate many processes such as processing sales orders, creating invoice / fulfillment records, and sending emails.
- Needing to add certain modules throughout time based on features we had hoped were stock available (like demand planning) has resulted in needing to spend more money.
