Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP

Pros and Cons

Pros

Provides ability to track the financial side of the business
CRM for sales tracking of leads, prospects, accounts, opportunities, and more.
CRM Database for marketing

Cons

Not a very user friendly system. Takes time to figure out how it works.

Return on Investment

Increased employee efficiency (sales)
Great reporting on sales and marketing which assisted in determining ROI

I wasn't a great fan of NetSuite, as I have been an avid SFDC user for years. If I were to recommend NetSuite, I would suggest to spend time learning the system well and testing in it before building the database.

Using NetSuite ERP

Likelihood to Renew

I am an experienced Salesforce.com user and much more comfortable with that system as opposed to NetSuite. I just find SFDC to be more user friendly and easier to use as a whole.
