Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP
We mainly use NetSuite EPR for financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, financials, billing, commissions. It provides accurate reporting, billing and payables. We have built several customizations for automating commissions, billing and overpayment adjustments

- We have been able to create an automated commissions process using custom records and scripting that fits our commission polices
- We have been able to customize a process to automatically adjust overpayments and underpayments. This has reduce the amount of time that an AR clerk must spend making these adjustments
- We have built a custom billing process to pull in usage data and create invoices. This has reduced the amount of time the billing team has spent on the billing process
