Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our order processing and management are done on NetSuite - sales order/cash sale, fulfillment, invoicing, billing, purchase orders, and inventory control. NetSuite congregates this order process in one place, which is nice.

Return on Investment

Order processing is much easier since we used to manage inventory manually on an Excel sheet.
Fulfillment turnaround time is quick because everything is in one place.

Usability

Once you get the hang of it, NetSuite isn't too difficult to use, but I am probably a pretty casual user compared to some others. I am rating it a seven because, for new and casual users, learning new features and apps is not easy and has a pretty harsh learning curve.

This question does not apply to me because I've never used support, but it won't let me skip the question.

Likelihood to Recommend

Since I am in the operations department, NetSuite is a good tool for us to be the liaison between warehouse/fulfillment and sales/marketing. It communicates effectively between the two - it is easy to manage specific customer requests and communicate them to the warehouse team to make sure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner and to the customer's specifications.
