Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP

We use it for AP and AR functions, we are looking for ways to continue to automate and streamline.
  • Easy to use
  • Great support partners
  • Can connect other systems for automization
  • Csv uploads are a struggle
  • External ids need to be shown on customers and vendors
  • Better pricing on licenses
  • Fixed assets was a waste of money

The partners make it so easy to use
They are timely with responses
It’s great for accounting. I would say you get out of it what you put in it. We did not like the fixed assets module and ended up going with something different. It was hard to use and couldn’t function the way we needed it to.
