Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use NetSuite ERP for our accounting. We love the flexibility of creating custom fields and custom transaction types. We are a government entity so we were able to create custom transactions for our Public Health department which was very helpful. The reporting and searches are very handy as well. We are able to create cash-basis reports and accrual reports.

The help for NetSuite sucks in my opinion. You have to go to link after link after link to find your answer. Very confusing

Very good for reporting and searches. Working well for us for accounting software. Love the web queries on the reporting. This enables us to be able to pull information into Power Bi dashboards. Our issues are the 3rd party vendor that has created their product off of NetSuite, cannot support us that well.
