Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP

NetSuite is used for CRM, Inventory Management, Reports, and other business functions. NetSuite helps our company organize information and data. Inventory Management has been much easier to handle with this system, and it's easier to keep track of multiple products.

Pros

  • Inventory Management.
  • Sales Reports.
  • Customer Relationship Management.

Cons

  • Easier reports.
  • SOF
  • Reorder points.
  • NetSuite is very expensive.
  • We liked Quickbooks better.
  • Quickbooks was easier to navigate.
NetSuite requires extensive training and is a black hole of information unless you have a lot of time to dedicate to it.
