NFG is used to store our donor information, do our newsletters, reporting, texts and event campaigns. The database is used by all of our employees and has been a time saver for us. It provides us with the necessary tools to communicate to our members and donors, provides reporting on several levels (donors, events, etc.) and is easy to navigate.

- When adding information for a couple, I feel there should be separate fields for each person. For example, if one is a descendant of the holocaust and the other isn't, there is no place to put that in groups.

- While the database is expensive, our old system required us to input information into many different places causing unnecessary work.
