Overall Satisfaction with Newswire

As the Director of Communications for a travel company with a focus on real estate, hospitality, and luxury vacation home exchange services, I use Newswire to send press releases announcing recent partnerships, new properties, and other related content within the travel industry.

Newswire is very easy to use - simple and seamless. However, I wish it would allow me to add a press release with more words without having to pay extra. Especially since we have been a loyal customer for many years.
We have been a loyal customer of Newswire because it is easy to use, and we are able to pay for press releases using "credits." This makes sense for us because we do not send too many press releases per year, as it all depends on the partnerships we develop.

As mentioned, I use Newswire to distribute our press releases. Newswire is well suited for us when sending press releases because it is an easy-to-use platform, it allows me to select a specific industry to target, and I have the ability to add other services based on each individual release. We are a small company, so the number of press releases we send is fewer than most - but hopefully, in the future, our company will grow, and we will be able to utilize Newswire more frequently.
