Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service

My team uses Nextiva Business Phone Service for all of our communication needs via inbound and outbound phone calls. I personally use Nextiva Business Phone Service the same and in addition, I use Nextiva Business Phone Service for reporting, tracking and monitoring, statistics and development. Nextiva Business Phone Service is used 7 days a week at our organization. In my experience, the technology is top notch, the service and support are always good to great. Overall, I think Nextiva Business Phone Service is a true leader in communication services.

In my opinion, Nextiva Business Phone Service outranks Five 9 in tech, customer support and quality. Although I think Five 9 is a bit easier to use and much of their services are all wrapped into 1 easy to use platform, they do not provide as helpful customer support and do not strike me as innovative as Nextiva Business Phone Service.

I think it is a great product followed up by outstanding customer service and support. Nextiva Business Phone Service support is always prompt and work to solve issues with great urgency and compassion. Nextiva Business Phone Service business tools are great and help me to manage my team effectively and efficiently. In my experience, Nextiva Business Phone Service has a user friendly platform and even my newest staff with little to no experience are able to quickly respond to and understand how to operate Nextiva Business Phone Service.
