Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
We are an education company and we work with parents and students constantly. We use the Nextiva Business Phone Service platform to be able to field calls and contact parents and students for the programs in which they are enrolled. We are able to get in touch with parents and students for a variety of use cases: billing, emergencies, updates, discipline, etc. Nextiva Business Phone Service lets us communicate with them through voice, text, etc. from anywhere. We can be out of the office and still get in touch with the people we need to get a hold of.

I think Ringcentral is better for smaller businesses. It's cheaper and has a lot of the same functionality. In my opinion, Nextiva Business Phone Service is much better for larger organizations.
