Our business uses Nextiva Business Phone Service to manage incoming and outgoing phone calls and text correspondence with our valued customers. This service allows customization for an organized call flow, which helps ensure calls are being directed to the correct departments. It also helps us keep a real-time log of missed calls and voicemails.

- Although website and app is available, they have some lag and bug issues
