Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
We are light industrial staffing company recruiting and placing individuals at manufacturing companies. Our office receives a high-volume of calls over the course of the day and Nextiva VoIP phones provide a reliable solution for communications. Call quality is great, access to account support is also good. The only criticism that I have is the Nextiva App, which tends to be quite buggy.

comparable services. I like the Nextiva admin portal. It tends to be very easy to use, make updates to settings, and have good experience working with account management. The hardware is seem (both polycom) phones. The only issue with hardware seems to be the receiver cord will wear out with extended use. This then creates a static sound on the receiver for the user.
