Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
We utilize Nextiva Daily for our business. We also use the IM and recording feature everyday. The cost is much lower than we were used to paying and the customer service is always looking for ways to assist. Updates are rolled out regularly and fixes for glitches are resolved in a reasonable amount of time also.
