Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
We recently switched from a Frontier PRI - T1 to Nextiva, they were great to work with, didn't need to sign a contract and helped us all along the way to get everything converted over to their system. We were stuck in a Frontier protected territory so had very limited options and the only solution that made sense was VOIP and after comparing VOIP providers we settled on Nextiva Business Phone Service and have been happy since.
- Explained how the transfer process works first
- worked with us to get our numbers ported over from Frontier
- System was easy to use and modify as we made changes after setup
- the lack of contracts is what put us over the top with Nextiva
- The only issue we had was once we decided on Nextive it took a few weeks to get our numbers ported over
- We were able to move from a PRI -T1 costing close to $900 a month to under $150 a month for the same coverage and keeping our direct lines along with porting other office lines in.
