Overall Satisfaction with Nintex
streamlining workflow processes... we use it to track new vehicle requests across our city. Helps the planners save admin worker hours, while keeping everything in one place so we can make sure things are accounable.
Pros
- track requests from external users
- manage internal approval process
- work with onedrive/microsoft office
Cons
- sharepoint functionality is just terrible--needs to mirror onedrive better
- AI helper sucks
- not good for small things, needs to have an "easy" mode like google forms, for simple forms.
- inserting into excel rows can be wonky
- it has saved us hundreds of hours once we've worked out the kinks,
- working out the kinks can take some time
