Overall Satisfaction with Nintex
We use Nintex Workflow Cloud for workflow automation. It lets us easily link together processes between our CRM, ERP, cloud storage, and document generation and signature tools that otherwise would have required more complex APIs or scripting. It has an excellent, but simple-to-use, form creation tool. Forms can be used to trigger workflows, as can pre-determined conditions within a variety of systems.
Pros
- Document generation through systems like Adobe Sign or DocuSign.
- Document generation and integration with cloud storage.
- Syncing data between CRM and project management tools.
Cons
- Better documentation and training. Documentation is hard to search and often results in results for other Nintex products instead of the one you are searching for.
- Better organization of workflows. It would be great if they had a folder system to organize workflows.
- A clearer way to manage entitlements. All workflows are counted as part of your entitlement, even if workflows are in development and not yet regularly processing data.
- Workflows are simple, fast, and easy to build. This saved time and money on system implementation.
We use Nintex to integrate with CRM, project management, instant messaging, cloud storage, document creation and signatures, and help desk.
By connecting all of these tools, we have avoided having to create complex API integrations, and this has saved both time and money.
