  • Nintex Process Manager

Overall Satisfaction with Nintex

Process Manager- helps build process knowledge, with change management, project implementation, and conversations about behavioral changes and automations.

Pros

  • It is a community of enthusiasts.
  • Switched on ethos.
  • David vs the giant?

Cons

  • The onboarding support that won me over with Promapp/process manager is much less effective.
  • I have not been contacted by anyone from Nintex about how Promapp is going.
  • We actually need support/advice, but I'm not sure who to contact.
  • The value for money is diminishing.
  • Positive process knowledge is top of mind, but adoption is lacking, so people use Visio, Word documents, or PowerPoint.
  • Lack of interactions with Nintex - I am challenged to be its champion.
I still believe it is a powerful tool, especially for a small entity (less than 100 HC) with growth ambitions and tight resources.

No evaluation has been done to date. Implemented Nintex based on my past experience with Promapp (10 years plus).

I cannot find reasons why I need to hold the same opinion I had when Promapp was adopted, but I am persevering and hope that something good could come out of this.
