Overall Satisfaction with Nintex

Nintex is used to design workflows for approval processes. As an example, consider a purchase process where each step must be approved by different managers, and at the end of the process, the requester receives a notification.

Pros

  • leave requests
  • sending SMS and email notifications
  • home office approvals

Cons

  • slower error handling,
  • complex error diagnostics
  • slow performance with more complex workflows
  • time savings
For a higher rating, it is necessary to improve error handling and sometimes speed, even if the problem may be in SharePoint and not directly in Nintex.
