The Best Business Process Mapping and Automation Platform
Overall Satisfaction with Nintex Platform
We use Nintex across all our departments, from HR on-boarding, policy review and other online forms, to sales contracts using document generation, e-signatures to making signing contracts fast and easy. We also use it for a lot of RVSPs because we can send an outlook calendar invite right to the employee who has signed up.
Pros
- Rapid Process Automation.
- It scales to the whole enterprise and they do not charge extra for connecting to other systems, it covers different states that mimic what actually happens within the organization.
- It allows business users to modify and create workflows and forms.
Cons
- Tied directly to the Microsoft .net workflow engine
- No visual aids on workflows in O365
- No notifications when a workflow fails
- Very Positive, for every process we map and/or automate we gain ROI
We use it in our Cloud-based environments. It gives us the flexibility we need to build it in O365 or Nintex Workflow Cloud and we figured that out based on the requirements from the business.
We have just started to train our PMs and BAs on the platform to begin rolling it out to more and more organizations and it also helps provide us with more hands to build and troubleshoot things.
Because Flow is more individual based and more cumbersome to use, we us Nintex more because it fits our organization and it scales up better than flow does.
