Overall Satisfaction with Nintex Process Platform

Nintex Process Platform has helped us document all of our internal processes to gear up and get ready for a digital transformation. It has helped us understand waste within our processes and align different parts of the business to a common customer journey. It is a platform that enables you to choose the view you want to see of the process, whether that be at a high level or a detailed view. It is great to share process ideas, embed videos and hyperlinks, and give a great understanding of processes to new users.

Pros

  • Process Map.
  • Link different parts of the business together.
  • Train people.

Cons

  • The decision points within a process are a bit hard to navigate.
  • Reporting on things outstanding or waste points could be easier.
  • We are using it for business transformation at this stage so no return on investment yet.
We use Nintex Process Platform in a Citrix environment and can access it anywhere. In today's COVID state it is great to be able to collaborate without the need to be in the office.
Yes - our SMEs use it to capture processes, share documentation, and train people.
We haven't accessed this yet but that is the evolution.

If you are looking to have an overall view and common understanding of your processes then Nintex Process Platform is the way to go. Far more dynamic than Visio, you have the ability to have detailed steps and link to other documentation. It is also good if you are starting out in your RPA journey and can link to other modules that are available through Nintex Process Platform.
